I met Kathy at Nathanael Greene Elementary School in Pawtucket when Hope was three years old. Right away I was attracted to Kathy's feistiness and dedication to the education of her children- Grace, Faith and Hope. Throughout the years I was aware of her battles with cancer and how she triumphed each time. Her desire to live and to give was phenomenal. Also she had a strong world view of justice and she expressed this by the causes she became involved in. She truly gave of her time to improve the lives of those less fortunate or those who were discriminated against. I feel honored to have known her all these years. As her children grew she invited me to many events that her talented children participated in. She was so proud of them. Every day for years I have prayed for Kathy and her family. I will continue to do so. Her children will continue to make her proud and she will smile upon them. I am grateful that Kathy touched my life. Grace, Faith and Hope, your mother was amazing!
I am truly sorry for the pain u are feeling in your heart! Aunt kathy was a strong women and i will always remeber the help she gave me when i needed! My love and prayers are with you all..xo

My sympathy to all of Kathy's family. She dedicated her live to her girls grace, Faith and Hope. She always had me enjoying holidays by including me as part of her family.She was dedicated to her nursing profession.She was so dedicated of, her free time and spent countless hours of those were less fortunate. My deepest sympathy to all of her family and know she in the arms of our lord.
I met Kathy years ago, but only got to really know her recently as a Facebook friend. I learned of her zest for life and her love of family, her stubborn optimism and ability to accept what life gave her. My sincere sympathy to all who loved her.
My prayers go out to her family. I grow up with Kathy living on the same street as children and our children became friends. She was always full of life and looked at the bright side of every situation. She is know an angel watching over everyone with that bright smile.

Hi girls. Sorry for your loss. Every family event Kathy n I would talk. She always lifted my spirits as I was going through all my own illnesses. No matter what the situation we would always laugh hysterically about life's events n challenges. She was always fun, wild n crazy at any family event n never held back anything. She was a fun cousin to grow up with n I have many wild memories. God bless her an all of you. I am hoping to get transport to the wake

Grace, Faith and Hope, Your Mom was one of kind. When she did something she meant it. Never failed to tell me how proud she was that all three of her girls made it to college. My heart goes out to all three of you. You know Mom will be watching over you always. Love, Kathy

Dear Grace faith and hope, I am so saddened to hear of the passing of your mom. She was an amazing woman, with such an inner strength and love for all. I'll never forget all the softball games that she volunteered at the concession stand. Her kindness and generosity towards others was unwavering and she was so proud of you girls. She was one of a kind, a truly remarkable woman. My prayers go out to all of her family at this most difficult time and in moving forward.

I grew up in RI and lived on Vincent Avenue as a young child and my two best pals at that time were Kathy & Kacey. We had a lot of fun together. I since then have lived and worked in various states. I am so saddened to see Kathy's passing. May she now be at peace in the Lord's loving embrace. My deepest sympathy to all who know and love her.
